I offer coaching, guidance and professional signposting. I do not provide therapy, medical or legal advice.

I do not take commission from independent specialists in return for referrals. This keeps introductions authentic and makes space for trust.

Successful referrals and introductions to independent specialists are made wherever possible. If I am not able to find the right practitioner for you - for example where the search parameters are unusually narrow - I endeavour to make connections that are as helpful as possible.
